We have been continually serving Knoxville for over thirty years.

Dear Patients,

Our office is not in-network with TennCare, but if you have TennCare you are still welcome to see us as patients who self-pay. To find out if Golden Rule Dental is in network with your insurance provider, please contact your insurance company directly with your request. Additionally, our team wants to update you about actions we are taking at the office to keep our patients and staff healthy. We are following these recommended protocols:

1. We will continue the universal health and safety precautions we always maintain at our office.
2. We will use OSHA and CDC certified sanitation methods between each patient.
3. As always, we will continue sterilizing instruments, with our trained staff (and outside sterilization consultants) monitoring this process to ensure proper sterilization.
4. To protect our most vulnerable patients, if you are elderly or immunocompromised in any way, we will ask you to postpone appointments until the COVID-19 crisis is passed.
5. We ask that, if you have traveled out of the country or have traveled to dramatically impacted areas, please postpone your appointment for at least four weeks.
6. If you have current symptoms from a cold, flu, sore throat, cough, etc., we ask that you postpone your visit to our office until you are well.
7. While you are at our office, we will encourage you to maintain the CDC’s recommended practices of frequently washing your hands, coughing into your elbow (not your hand), and keeping your hands away from your face. We’re working diligently to ensure the health and safety of our other patients and staff.
